After Submitting The Serial Number Of Your PCS Software (Found In Help > About) You Will Be Given A Message Appropriate To Your Status. If You Are Not A Supported User, Please Contact Your Agent, Who Will Give You The Necessary Details On How To Obtain An Upgrade.

The Serial Number You Enter Here Must Match Your Installation, As This Check Is Also Performed Before The Actual Upgrade Begins (After Downloading). If It Is Found To Be Invalid It Will Place Your System In Demonstration Mode, In Other Words Using A Serial Number That You Know To Be Valid (But Not Yours) Will Not Upgrade Your Software Even Though You Can Download & Run The Upgrade Program.
